The reason why the card is so good in these decks are that its not restricted, and it works as a black lotus. The second deck is something that put up results at MTGO and it looks very good. The card also act as a black lotus with karn, since you can drop karn and pop the leds and then grab something in the sideboard. The top one i made myself to test the card and what it can do, with all the fast mana and narset+led/echoes you can mindtwist opponent and refresh your own hand.
