What type of projector?Which TV (model) and Screen size? How do you connect the laptop to the projector or TV?Wireless casting, HDMI or something else? What TV screen size do. Projector or a Big screen TV in the conference room? Networking. Is there a registry hack or something I can fire off as a PowerShell script that will force the machine in question to make Chrome the default browser for the designated user rather than Edge? I end up right back on the Windows 10 Default apps page in the Settings area and that doesn't allow me to make the change. I have seen tech board options where they advise going through the Control Panel using the control.exe command and then using Default Programs > Set your default programs but my screen does not show the list of applications to pick from. Edge remains as the default choice regardless of what I do. When I click the option to change the default browser from Edge, the options for Chrome and Internet Explorer appear and I can click the Chrome choice, but nothing happens. Working on a Windows 10 laptop (Lenovo E580) and I cannot make the OS accept changing the default browser for the designated user that will assigned the device, even when they are logged in with local admin rights.
